Following advice from the Information Commissioner's Office, the Council will, for the time being, no longer host Planning Application forms in PublicAccess. However, drawings and associated technical submissions accompanying applications, decision notices and officer reports will still be available to view in Associated Documents. Consultees and other stakeholders who may require additional information in order to comment on applications should contact the Case Officer in order to make the necessary arrangements
The formal Planning Register which contains all planning application details is available for public inspection from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday at Planning and Transportation reception, Floor 2, Tayside House, Crichton Street, Dundee DD1 3RB.
The data contained on PublicAccess cannot be relied upon for a full property history or search.
